Shopping Cart Pro comes with an on-line store management facility and a comprehensive on-line software manual.

If you have technically competent staff available, it may be possible for you to fully manage your on-line store without any external support or assistance.

  • On-site Training

Alternatively, Itsnoprob can provide a full day's on-site training in the management of your on-line store for nominated staff at a cost of £450 plus travel expenses.

  • Ad-hoc Itsnoprob Support

Itsnoprob can also provide you with support, as and when required, at a cost of £80 per half day.

  • Itsnoprob Store Management

If you do not have the staff, the skills or the time in-house, Itsnoprob can provide you with a store management service supported by a service level agreement.

The fee for this service is subject to negotiation and will depend both on the nature and scale of your on-line store and the level of store management required.
