1982-1993	Over 10 years of experience in financial services third party and direct marketing for Forward Trust Personal Finance (since absorbed into First Direct) in a variety of roles up to to senior management level. Specific areas of expertise: direct consumer marketing via direct mail and telemarketing business to business marketing


- Consultancy

2004 -	Approved NIACE consultant on numerous and varied adult education projects involving: desk and field research report writing writing of promotional material training – course preparation and delivery web development across sectors including: potential and actual adult learners older learners offenders



- Training

2001 –	For over 10 years, making all the Internet mistakes it is possible to make and, hopefully, learning most of the lessons! Our focus has been on web design, inceasingly now based on WordPress as the Open Source platform of choice, but our services have gradually expanded, a web presence being only a means to an end, not an end in itself. We are committed to assting clients maximise the return from their Internet investment, whether through design, site maintenance, monitoring and marketing support, E-marketing, search engine optimisation, E-commerce or advice and guidance (training or consultancy, in other words!)


2002-3	E-learning delivery for Sutton Coldfield College (now part part of Birmingham Metropolitan College) and Loughborough College, delivering the Level 3 NCFE Advanced Certificate in Telematics.

1998 – 2002	2001-2002 Freelance development and piloting of OCN accredited ICT courses, including: Internet web design Flash animation 1998-2001 Tutor and subsequently ICT Co-ordinator, responsible for: Curriculum development and delivery across Access to Higher Education and short course provision Internet distance learning development and launch

1994-98	Adult education community tutor within Birmingham to adult learners at a variety of ability levels. The development and delivery of staff training.
